In May 2004, I began playing an online Massive Multiplayer Online
Role-Playing Game (MMORPG) called City of Heroes, which allowed you to build
up a series of superhuman characters to enter a city-sized world to fight bad
guys, rack up points, team up with fellow players, and save the virtual world.
